




Job Summary: Coordinate daily inbound and outbound activities of finished products, supervising staff and managing dispatch logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead personnel in weighing, registration, packaging, and labeling processes. 2. Responsible for route planning and transportation management. 3. Collect management indicators and maintain warehouse order. We are seeking a **Dispatch Analyst**, with a Technical Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, Industrial or Operational Processes, or related fields. Male candidates over 28 years old with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing companies. Must demonstrate LEADERSHIP skills, ability to manage personnel, execute clear instructions, work under pressure, high integrity, and strong sense of responsibility. Responsible for coordinating all daily activities related to the inbound and outbound flow of finished products: \- Receiving products exiting the production process for warehouse intake \- Supervising personnel involved in weighing, registration, packaging, marking, and proper labeling \- Supervising storage and placement within the warehouse \- Preparing goods for dispatch \- Documentation \- Developing a weekly route plan for product delivery to customers \- Responsible for vehicles and all matters related to transportation \- Also responsible for collecting management indicators and maintaining warehouse order. Mon-Fri: 7 AM to 5 PM / Saturdays: 7 AM to 11:45 AM Salary: $2\.000\.000 \+ transportation allowance (Availability to work overtime, Sundays, and holidays required).
