Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design and implement quality policies, coordinate audits, manage documentation, and train staff on management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience: 2 years of experience in similar positions 1 year of specific experience in quality management systems, internal/external audits, and ISO standards. Technical Knowledge: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2018, process control, document management. Attention to detail and analytical ability. Leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate teams. Clear and effective communication. Continuous improvement orientation and problem-solving abilities. Design and implement policies, manuals, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Internal and external audits: Plan, coordinate, and supervise audits to evaluate standards and prepare for certifications (e.g., ISO 9001). Document management: Control versions, changes, and archiving of quality system documents. Staff training: Ensure teams remain updated on procedures and regulations. Performance indicator monitoring: Track key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
