Position Mission: Develop specialized technical talent in software architecture and lead a practice community that ensures structural quality, technical coherence, and sustainable evolution of technological solutions, integrating strategic vision and business orientation. Responsibilities: * Design and implement training and career development plans for architects and technical leaders. * Act as a technical mentor, facilitating learning sessions, architectural reviews, and knowledge transfer. * Define and maintain architecture standards, design guidelines, and implementation best practices. * Participate in technical validation with clients and pre-sales processes, contributing structural insight. * Strategically intervene in projects based on technical expertise and participate in technical roadmap validation.
