One of our business lines focuses on intelligent measurement of energy consumption and generation, integrating all related data into our proprietary application and platform, and adding further value to this information through analysis and processing. **Position Objective:** Lead community engagement within project influence areas, facilitating dialogue, conflict prevention and management, social baseline assessment, document management, and commitment tracking, to ensure a transparent, respectful, and mutually beneficial relationship. **Responsibilities:** * Community Engagement and Participation: Plan and conduct community outreach sessions, working group meetings, and door-to-door visits; manage complaints, queries, requests, and suggestions (PQRS) and community feedback. * Conflict Management: Identify early warning signs, mediate disagreements, and activate response pathways involving authorities and partners. * Social Information: Conduct social baseline assessments, administer surveys and records; consolidate minutes, lists, and evidence with full traceability. * Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor commitments, social indicators, and risks; issue periodic reports and improvement plans. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Social Work (or related fields: Social Development, Sociology, Anthropology—with field experience in community work). * 1+ years of experience engaging with rural/urban communities and managing conflicts. * Experience conducting social baseline assessments, surveys, and document management (minutes, lists, consent forms, reports). * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and report writing. * Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel within Atlántico, Cesar, Santander, etc. * Familiarity with local community frameworks (e.g., JACs, local authorities, institutions) and response pathways. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in infrastructure/energy projects or social licensing. * Basic knowledge of IFC Performance Standards PS1/PS4/PS5 and differentiated approaches (gender, ethnicity, children). * Basic knowledge of PQRS management and stakeholder reporting. **Why Join Us?** * You will work with a diverse, young, and mission-driven team committed to global impact. * You can help shape the future of our technology by proposing bold and creative ideas—our team will jointly evaluate and implement them. * You will have the opportunity to grow professionally within a company rapidly evolving in this highly innovative market. * You will contribute to delivering clean energy and energy efficiency to everyone.
