We are seeking an Asset Support Analyst ready to join our mission, with at least 1 year of proven experience in the requested role. We seek individuals who share our values: Leadership Flexibility Reliability Focus Responsibilities: Support the management of the regional technological asset warehouse, controlling receipts, shipments, and basic inventory movements. Manage the registration of equipment deliveries and collections, ensuring documentation in assigned tools. Support inventory audits and physical reviews, reporting inconsistencies or orphaned assets. Update system records regarding equipment under repair, assets in transit, and warehouse movements. Log and resolve incidents in the customer management tool, meeting service-level indicators, documenting causes and resolutions according to ITIL v3+ or agile methodologies. Requirements: Technical or technological education in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience providing on-site technical support or Asset Support. Knowledge of: Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and ITIL v3+ or similar methodologies.
