Polite and effective user support A nationally recognized technology company is currently seeking new talent to strengthen its workforce, focused on field-based technical support solutions for end customers, with the following requirements: CERTIFIED OR GRADUATED TECHNICIAN or TECHNOLOGIST (MANDATORY) in Systems, Equipment Maintenance, Electronics, or related fields. Certified work experience exceeding TWO YEARS providing on-site and remote technical support for computing equipment and peripherals. Experience in preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Technical support for printers across operating systems and backups, operating system migration. Equipment preparation and inventory. Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, network management, troubleshooting laptops and desktops, access points, and working at heights. Primary responsibilities include field support and hardware diagnosis. Required knowledge includes: Hardware component testing and BIOS reset, domain joining and network configuration (IP and DNS), accurate case documentation and incident reporting, polite and effective user interaction. Conditions: Work location: MEDELLIN and neighboring municipalities (WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL). 100% on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours daily), plus Saturday availability (not exceeding 44 weekly hours). Contract Type: PROJECT-BASED OR SERVICE CONTRACT Salary: COP $1,750,905 + COP $38,000 telephone allowance + COP $249,095 transportation allowance + operational expenses and per diems (as applicable), plus all statutory benefits (bonuses, severance pay, severance interest, paid vacations) MANDATORY: Must possess qualifications and certification for working at heights.
