We are seeking a candidate with strong technical knowledge, experience leading teams, and the ability to ensure compliance with the company’s accounting, tax, and financial obligations. **About the Role** As the Accounting Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the organization’s accounting processes, ensuring reliable financial information, regulatory compliance, and appropriate tax management. You will have the opportunity to lead a team, participate in strategic processes, and contribute to the growth of an established company in the agro-industrial sector. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and certify financial statements and their respective notes. * Lead the preparation and filing of tax returns. * Coordinate and support the accounting team in fulfilling their duties. * Respond to audit requests, statutory auditors, and regulatory authorities. * Ensure correct implementation and updating of IFRS standards. * Ensure compliance with the company’s accounting and tax obligations. **What We Are Looking For** * Degree in Public Accounting. * Valid Professional License (mandatory requirement). * Specialization in Taxation, Taxes, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading accounting teams. * Solid knowledge of taxes, taxation, and IFRS regulations. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * On-site work in Sabaneta. * Competitive salary. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Opportunity to lead key processes within a growing company.
