Validate invoicing and import documentation At Ingenieria Apropiada, we seek your talent. **Purpose of the Position** Support the management of domestic and international procurement processes, ensuring the proper execution of operational, administrative, and documentary activities related to suppliers, imports, and logistics, thereby contributing to the timely availability of goods. **Profile** **Education:** Technician or professional degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** 3 years in similar roles, preferably in purchasing or international trade. **Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Basic accounting knowledge. * Accounting software proficiency (preferably unlimited). * Knowledge of import processes (desirable). * Basic English level A2. **Responsibilities** * Manage communication with domestic and international suppliers for purchase process tracking. * Notify suppliers of payments and validate their correct execution. * Manage information related to import processes in coordination with the logistics operator (WTNV or others). * Request domestic payments, foreign exchange purchases, and proforma payments from the accounting department. * Manage payments to carriers. * Coordinate the transportation of goods (internal movements and between suppliers). * Validate invoicing from domestic suppliers against received goods. * Review supporting documentation for imports, ensuring its integrity and compliance. * Request and follow up on import costings with the accounting department. * Support the physical legalization process of sales orders. * Assist in documentation and updating of process manuals. * Assist in tracking and consolidating information for management indicators. * Support production plan tracking. **Work Modality:** On-site in Medellín **Salary:** $2.800.000 – $3.500.000, depending on experience and expertise. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Work Location: On-site employment
