





Job Offer: Payroll Assistant **Position Description** We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with proven experience in managing the complete payroll process and providing support in administrative tasks related to the human talent area. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation, review, and processing of payroll, as well as maintaining up-to-date labor and social security records. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and process employee payroll in accordance with current regulations. * Carry out electronic payroll submissions to the relevant entities. * Review and validate overtime hours, surcharges, and personnel changes. * Manage social security reports (health, pension, ARL, compensation fund). * Perform enrollments, withdrawals, and updates in social security systems. * Support recruitment, hiring, and employment document filing processes. * Maintain updated personnel records and databases. **Requirements** * Technical or technological degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll-related roles. * Knowledge of labor legislation and social security regulations. * Proficiency in office tools and payroll software. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality in handling information. **Location** City: Medellín Schedule Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays: Until noon **How to Apply** Send your updated resume to the email: ss.grupoad@gmail.com Email subject: "Application – Payroll Assistant" Position type: Full-time
