Teamwork, assertive communication, and critical thinking **Job Description** ---------------------- Ceiba Software House, located in Medellín, is looking for Java/AWS developers with 3 years of experience in the IT sector to join its team. Academic Qualifications: Technical, technological, undergraduate, or postgraduate degree in Systems Engineering (graduated). Requirements and/or Knowledge for the Position: * Software development with Java 8 or higher. * Knowledge of AWS cloud services. * Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles. * Knowledge of Spring Boot, dependency injection, and REST service development. * Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. * Knowledge of database management. * Knowledge of dependency managers such as Gradle. * Familiarity with Google Workspace. Job Mission: Analyze, design, and develop software solutions using Java technologies and AWS cloud services, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards, policies, and defined procedures. Professional Competencies: Teamwork, assertive communication, and critical thinking. Responsibilities: * Analyze, design, and develop software following the company-defined process and meeting established quality standards. * Ensure fulfillment of commitments defined for each project iteration (Sprint). * Proactively identify risks or factors that may affect task completion and propose corrective measures. * Identify personal or team training needs and channel them through the project manager to define training plans. * Foster an environment of communication and cooperation among project team members. Salary: $8,000,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
