




**Description** --------------- **The Role** * Manage the customer service team, ensuring the delivery of services required by the client through the sales leader. * Responsible for ensuring result indicators. * Ensure that roles and responsibilities related to customer service are clearly communicated and understood by the team, and likewise ensure that communication with sales leaders is assertive and effective. Provide support to sales leaders in meetings with clients. Maintain direct relationship with their clients. Ensure that team members maintain contact with the clients assigned to them. * Ensure that the sales leader is fully informed about the margin and profitability of their clients, so that the agreed service can be delivered satisfactorily. Support sales leaders in meetings for this purpose. * Coordinate that their work team interacts with technical and placement teams. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields. * Specialization in insurance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Detailed knowledge of insurance policies according to the business unit. * Knowledge of the local and international insurance market. * Basic level of English desirable. * Minimum of 7 years in the insurance sector. * At least 5 years in similar positions. * Ability to manage client relationships. * Teamwork. * Experience in cross-selling and referrals. *Equal employment opportunity*
