**Position: Adhesive Installer** **Area: Production / Operations** **Location: Medellín** **Job Purpose:** Ensure the correct application of adhesives, vinyls, and graphics on different surfaces (vehicles, glass, walls, and others), guaranteeing high-quality finishes, precision, and on-time delivery. This role is key to maintaining the visual appearance of projects and customer satisfaction through clean, detailed, and professional installation. **Main Responsibilities:** · Apply adhesives, decorative vinyls, perforated films, and graphics on surfaces such as vehicles, glass, walls, floors, and other surfaces. · Vehicle adhesive installation. · Ensure clean finishes, free of bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections. · Clean, measure, and prepare areas prior to installation to ensure proper adhesion. · Verify material compatibility with the surfaces to be treated. · Properly use squeegees, heat guns, tapes, blades, and other installation tools. · Ensure proper use and preservation of supplies and work materials. · Carry out installations within established timeframes, maintaining the visual quality of the final result. · Assist in scheduling and tracking jobs according to production orders or customer requirements. · Collaborate with designers, operators, and supervisors to ensure alignment between design and installation. · Support assemblies or special projects when necessary. · Comply with safety regulations and workplace care standards. · Operate vehicles or motorcycles to travel to installation sites when required (preferably holding a valid driver's license).
