Experience: Experience in production, construction, logistics, agriculture, or heavy labor processes. Requirements: Must reside in Guarne, Marinilla, Rionegro, Santuario, or El Carmen de Viboral. Responsibilities: Operate and control the production process according to instructions. Verify product quality during processing. Record production data and report anomalies. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Inspect equipment condition and report malfunctions. Assist in raw material loading and packaging processes.
