Manages networks, communications, and technological devices Job Offer: TI Supervisor We are seeking a TI Supervisor to lead our company's technological management, ensuring optimal operation of applications, networks, equipment, and technological services. Key Responsibilities: Supervise equipment operation and ensure operational continuity. Provide technical support and track requests. Manage networks, communications, and technological devices. Coordinate site visits and monitor infrastructure (cabling, CCTV, technical rooms). Manage inventories, vendors, and escalation of critical cases. Generate productivity reports and indicator analysis. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance. Required Knowledge: Windows administration, networking, information systems, help desk, inventory management, information security, GSuite/Office 365, and personnel management. Requirements: 1 year of experience in TI support, help desk, or networking. University graduate or final-semester student in Systems or related fields. Experience as a team leader managing at least 5 people.
