We operate under flexible models such as Managed POD, Staff Augmentation, and Support \& Maintenance, adapting to each client’s specific needs. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement scalable and efficient data models. * Develop data integration processes (ETL/ELT) in cloud and on\-premise environments. * Analyze data and generate insights to support business decision-making. * Design, develop, and test data pipelines. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability. * Identify opportunities for data-driven process automation. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * 3–4 years of experience in data engineering. * Experience in: * Azure Data Factory and Data Lake. * Azure Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Workflows, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL). * Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold). * Dimensional modeling (fact and dimension tables, SCD). * CI/CD and version control. * Agile methodologies (Azure DevOps). * Data visualization using Power BI. * Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. * Data analytics certifications (preferred). **Benefits** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Wellness plan including extra\-legal benefits (health, life, etc.). * Continuous training and development program. * Opportunity to work on innovative projects with cutting-edge technologies.
