Apply now! You will be responsible for: Developing new products and techniques aligned with the brand identity. Researching and implementing innovative and distinctive customization processes. Designing and validating prototypes prior to implementation. Establishing technical and creative guidelines to ensure quality and feasibility. Mentoring and strengthening the team’s capabilities. Transferring knowledge and best practices to ensure consistency. Coordinating work with key organizational departments. Supporting the conceptualization of brand experiences and activations. Identifying trends in craftsmanship, materials, and customization. Documenting processes and learnings for standardization and scalability. What we look for in you: 1–2 years of specific experience in similar roles. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Knowledge of end-to-end product development—from concept to prototype—including technical sheets and specifications; combination of techniques across various materials; understanding of textile types, leathers, raw materials, and their properties; passion for innovation and unique product design.
