We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of plastic containers and caps, with nearly 15 years of experience in the market. We seek individuals who are committed, responsible, possess a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and can work effectively in teams.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic transformation production processes.
* Availability to work rotating shifts.
* Positive attitude, commitment, and willingness to work in a team.
**Responsibilities**
* Support assembly and mold change operations according to the production schedule.
* Prepare tools and materials required for reference changes.
* Perform inspection and quality control of manufactured products.
* Carry out finishing, packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products.
* Report anomalies related to machinery, molds, and production equipment.
* Record production data in the system.
* Support maintenance activities within the area.
* Comply with the company’s established safety and quality procedures.
**Working Conditions**
* $2,000,000 + Transportation allowance.
* Payment for overtime, surcharges, and all statutory benefits.
* Contract through a temporary staffing agency, with potential for direct hiring.
* Work location: La Estrella, Antioquia.
* Rotating 4x12 shifts (Monday to Thursday).
