Job Summary: Operate an automatic fabric spreading machine in the cutting area, validating and processing fabrics according to specifications to ensure quality and efficiency in production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate an automatic fabric spreading machine in the textile sector 2. Validate fabrics according to technical specifications and support cutting processes 3. Ensure quality and efficiency in production A reputable textile company requires a Fabric Spreader for its automatic spreading machine in the cutting area. The incumbent will be responsible for operating the automatic spreading machine and receiving and validating fabrics supplied from the warehouse, ensuring compliance with technical specification requirements and supporting various cutting-area processes to guarantee quality and efficiency in production. Main Responsibilities • Verify patterns using the assigned document number • Release fabrics with shrinkage after spreading • Enter reference data into the system at process start-up and completion • Mark each assigned pattern according to fabric batches • Separate fabric from bias • Classify and separate fabric scraps for production and rework processes in the garment manufacturing plant • Perform roll-by-roll reconciliation Requirements • High school diploma • Minimum 2 years of experience as a fabric spreader • Knowledge of automatic spreading machine processes in garment manufacturing . -Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 2 years of experience Knowledge: Cutting, Production Processes, Textiles, Machine Operation Keywords: operator, operario, operator
