One of our business lines focuses on intelligent measurement of energy consumption and generation, delivering all this data optimally to our own application and platform, and adding greater value to this information through its analysis and processing. **Job Objective:** Support the company’s comprehensive procurement management, ensuring timely supply of materials, equipment, and services required for operations and project execution through efficient request tracking, document control, supplier coordination, and inventory management—ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, and costs. **Responsibilities:** * Manage quotations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up. * Control and update procurement and supplier documentation records. * Support inventory control and material availability. * Coordinate with logistics and internal departments for order receipt and dispatch. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or technological degree in logistics, administration, procurement, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Document organization and information control skills. * Ability to track requests and suppliers. * High attention to detail and sense of urgency. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in procurement, logistics, or inventory management. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, reports). * Experience in supplier follow-up and basic negotiation. **Why Work With Us?** * You will work with a diverse, young team committed to the impact it generates in the world. * You can help us define the future of our technology by proposing bold and creative ideas, which we will jointly evaluate and implement as a team. * You will have the opportunity to grow professionally within a company rapidly evolving in this highly innovative market. * You will contribute to bringing clean energy and energy efficiency to all people.
