




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technician or Technologist with 2 years of experience to support administrative and operational human talent processes, managing multiple tasks with a focus on internal customers. Key Highlights: 1. Support in administrative and operational human talent processes. 2. Management of multiple processes and internal customer service. 3. Knowledge of Colombian labor regulations and social security. A Technician or Technologist in Human Resources Management, Administration, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), or related fields is required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, to support the administrative and operational processes of the human talent department. We seek an organized individual capable of managing multiple processes and delivering excellent internal customer service. Responsibilities include telephone and user support, social security affiliations and procedures, payroll support, document management, supply and inventory control, SG\-SST follow-up, personnel updates, recruitment processes, and support for occupational wellness programs. In-depth knowledge of Colombian labor regulations, social security, and basic payroll processes is essential, as well as teamwork skills, assertive communication, responsibility, and attention to detail.
