Responsible for invoice tracking and monthly accounting closures Megaequipos Rental S.A.S., a company specializing in construction equipment rental, is seeking a Procurement Coordinator for its Medellín office to lead all of our company’s procurement processes. The ideal candidate must possess leadership competencies, the ability to work under pressure, and frustration tolerance. Requirements: Technical degree in procurement or related field, minimum 2 years of experience in the position. Key responsibilities include: * Ensure smooth operation of the process and satisfaction of internal and external customers. * Generate monthly closing reports and monitor performance indicators. * Respond promptly to parts and spare parts requests, effectively coordinating internal customer service and suppliers. * Review and select invoices for payment. * Record domestic invoices. * Coordinate shipments of spare parts, equipment, and samples to suppliers and external workshops across various offices as required. * Conduct weekly reconciliations to verify that the office delivers to Accounting all invoices assigned to it, thereby preventing any invoices from being excluded from the monthly accounting closure.
