Mise en place and general kitchen operations **Job Description** ---------------------- A company located in the city of Medellín and its metropolitan area is seeking a Kitchen Assistant with six (6) months of experience in cooking or related fields such as food preparation or handling. Academic Qualification: Primary education or high school diploma. Job Requirements: * Valid or expired food handling certification. * Computer literacy. Mission: Food preparation to deliver the final product to customers, including standard food safety processes. Responsibilities: * Mise en place, food preparation, knife handling, grilling, and general kitchen operations. * Cash handling (company provides training) and customer service.
