




**Document Management Assistant** We are seeking a Document Management Assistant to support planning, organization, control, and preservation processes for both physical and digital documents, ensuring appropriate access to and handling of information. **Main Responsibilities:** Receiving and validating onboarding documents from employees; organizing and updating physical and digital archives; unifying and controlling employee files; updating documentary databases; conducting monthly payroll audits for digital signatures; preparing monthly reports; providing occasional administrative support; and participating in organizational activities. **Requirements:** Academic background: Technical or technological degree in Document Management, Archival Science, Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in roles related to document management, physical and digital archiving, or administrative support. **Competencies:** Handling of physical and digital archives; document organization and control; proficiency with computer tools (Google Drive, basic Excel); knowledge of payroll and document management software. **Skills:** Organizational ability and attention to detail; responsibility and commitment; analytical and information validation skills; appropriate handling of confidential information; teamwork; assertive communication; proactivity; and willingness to learn. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Work Location: On-site employment Application Deadline: 12/30/2025
