Position Summary: Commercial Advisor for selling airline tickets and complementary services, providing personalized advisory, effective sales closure, and end-to-end customer support. We are seeking Commercial Advisors to sell airline tickets and complementary services, delivering personalized advisory, effective sales closure, and full-cycle customer support throughout the process. Requirements: High school graduates. 6 months of experience in call center sales roles for financial or intangible products, retention, or collections. Employment Conditions: Contract Type: Indefinite-term (contract signed on the seventh day of training). Training: 26 days of in-person training. During the first 7 working days, compensation will be provided via bonuses through the Apprecio app at $15,000 per day. Salary: $1,750,905 monthly — $9,183.08 per hour connected. Monthly Bonus: Uncapped commissions based on sales. Benefits: All statutory benefits. Payments: Bi-weekly. Schedule: Availability from Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation). Shifts will be assigned for morning, afternoon, night, or early morning, according to operational needs. Weekly work schedule: 44 hours. One rotating day off per week. Transportation route available after 10:00 p.m., subject to coverage. Rest: One compensatory day off per week.
