Focus on industrial safety and compliance with protocols. **Job Description** ---------------------- A major partner company requires an Electrical, Electronics, and/or Mechanical Engineering Technician or Professional with 3 years of experience as a technician, or 2 years of experience as a professional engineer in the metal-mechanical sector (preferred). Job Mission: Ensure the proper operation of the company’s equipment and facilities through prevention, repair, and maintenance activities, thereby avoiding production stoppages, ensuring product quality, process efficiency, compliance with occupational health standards and 5S, and contributing to continuous improvement. Specific Responsibilities: * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and systems to identify, diagnose, and prevent failures affecting operational continuity. * Perform repairs and replacement of deteriorated components, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer recommendations. * Develop and execute preventive and autonomous maintenance to extend equipment service life and ensure optimal performance. * Participate in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new production equipment and systems. * Strictly comply with industrial safety requirements, including LOTO procedures, during machine interventions. Knowledge: * Predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance (TPM). * Proper use of PPE and LOTO safety systems. * Knowledge of basic electricity, mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics according to role requirements. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and electronic schematics. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday through Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 1 year with the staffing agency, with potential for direct hiring by the company.
