**Main Responsibilities** * Create base patterns and size grading using **Optitex** software. * Develop **design sheets** and **production technical sheets**, ensuring they include measurements, consumption, and materials. * Supervise and adjust **garment modeling** to validate fit, drape, and proportions. * Generate the **machine operation list**, detailing the sewing workflow per garment. * Provide technical follow-up on samples and communicate adjustments to the pattern maker, sample maker, and quality audit team. * Support the creation of new developments, prototypes, and improvement processes in sewing and pattern making. * Ensure correct interpretation of patterns by external cutting and sewing teams. **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced proficiency in **Optitex** (preferred) or Gerber. * Knowledge of **woven fabric garment manufacturing processes**, particularly women’s outerwear. * Ability to interpret technical sheets and control measurements. * Expertise in grading, fitting, and size scaling processes. * Basic knowledge of design tools (Illustrator/CorelDRAW is a plus). **Personal Competencies** * Attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with external workshops. * Organizational skills and adherence to deadlines. * Technical proactivity and initiative in resolving design or manufacturing issues. **Education** * Technical or technological degree in pattern making, fashion design, or product development. * Additional training in pattern-making software and industrial processes is desirable.
