This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** Customer Security Analyst Structure and establish the required operational policies and procedures to maintain the availability, reliability, and continuity of the platform and associated services under your responsibility. Design and implement technological alternatives that enable optimization and simplification of operations through automation of operational processes and service management. Actively participate in the governance of security for the different implemented solutions, ensuring compliance with standards, performing tests, and ensuring proper mitigation of detected vulnerabilities. Design network architecture blueprints to be implemented, operated, and supported, maintaining updated documentation available to the areas that require it and to the customer. Define installation, configuration, operation, and monitoring parameters for the platform and its services. Manage, implement, and operate all components that are part of the deployed platform. Provide partial or final resolution and support for medium and high complexity incidents escalated by service groups or departments. Define checklists and fault exclusion lists to resolve incidents by the first level of on-site support and assistance. Provide training and/or knowledge transfer to various support groups and operational areas regarding the implemented solution. Support the technical design of the service architecture to be operated. Participate in implementation with Specialists and manufacturers. Support the installation and configuration of the infrastructure (Software and Hardware) of the solution to be supported at central and site levels. Participate in technological projects of the company or the client. Perform other duties assigned by Contract Supervision and related to the position.
