Required academic background (certifiable): Technical, technological, or professional degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Required experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles in logistics operations. Key knowledge and experience: • Logistical handling of high-volume operations. • Management of dispatches, warehousing, and inventory. • Relationship management and operations with retail chains and large-format stores. • Administration of high volumes of SKUs and operational control. • Leadership and management of work teams comprising more than 30 employees. • Ability to plan, organize, and monitor operational KPIs.
