We Are Looking for Construction Workers for a Major Water Sector Company! · A major public utilities company is seeking Construction Workers, preferably (but not exclusively) performing sewer network repair via excavation, operating compressors, electric generators, motorized pumps, and constructing manhole covers, boxes, and catch basins; candidates must be responsible, proactive, and committed. · Requirements: Completed and certified high school diploma (Bachillerato). Minimum of 7 months’ recent, certified work experience as a Construction Worker or in related roles. · Working Conditions: Contract: Project-based or labor contract with full statutory benefits, job stability, and potential for direct employment with the company. Salary: COP 1,888,750 + COP 249,095 legal transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, half-day.
