Requirements Academic Qualification: - High school diploma or technical degree with work experience Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative management, radio control, or productive process management. Functions: Ensure technical-operational processes that contribute to the organization’s strategic development by delivering services efficiently and promptly, thereby meeting customer needs and complying with regulatory requirements, utilizing available infrastructure, personnel, and resources. Monitor vehicles and routes currently in operation, managing information provided by each driver to ensure service delivery while adhering to company policies and procedures. Work Location: Girardot Salary: $1,750,905 + social benefits Schedule: Three rotating shifts: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM; 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM; and 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as scheduled.
