What We Are Looking for in You Academic Qualification: Technical degree or completion of the fourth semester in Gastronomy or related fields Work Experience: 1 year as part of a kitchen team responsible for gastronomic production in large-scale food and beverage establishments such as restaurant chains, industrial casinos, convention centers, event operators, social or corporate clubs, hotels, and/or catering services, among others.
