Job Summary: We are seeking a high school graduate with experience in intangible sales and excellent customer service to coordinate and guide services, ensuring empathetic and high-quality service. Ensure empathetic, respectful, and high-quality service A reputable service company requires a high school graduate with at least 2 years of recent commercial experience, face-to-face intangible sales, outstanding customer service, and organizational skills. Main Responsibilities: Guide and accompany families during service delivery. Coordinate on-site funeral service provision, ensuring protocol compliance. Sell additional services (extras) and register them accordingly in the system. Verify proper preparation of service rooms and overall service coordination. Ensure empathetic, respectful, and high-quality service. Working Conditions: Schedule: Sunday to Sunday with a compensatory day off. Average Salary: $2,900,000.
