Job Summary: We are seeking Preventive Staff or TAT Commercial Advisors to conduct route visits, promote products, and meet sales quotas. Key Highlights: 1. Challenging work environment 2. Professional growth opportunities We are looking for Preventive Staff or TAT Commercial Advisors for Zipaquirá Responsibilities: Conduct visits along the assigned route. Promote the product portfolio. Plan and achieve established sales quotas for customers within your territory. Academic Qualification: High School Diploma Experience: At least 12 months in TAT sales, pre-sales, and achievement of commercial indicators. Salary: $1,750,905 + variable bonus based on performance against indicators ($1,645,000) + transportation subsidy + mobility allowance + 8% excellence bonus on base salary. Average monthly income between 3,500,000 and 3,800,000. Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday, including holidays, from 6:00 a.m. until completion of the route. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience
