Job Summary: We are seeking a promoter with experience in consulting and selling beauty, personal care, and hygiene products, providing customer service and promoting proper product usage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Beauty and personal care product consultation and sales 2. Customer guidance on cosmetics and makeup products 3. Effective promotion and sales closing in the traditional channel A prominent company in the beauty sector is looking for a promoter experienced in consulting and selling tangible products (promotional sales), preferably in cosmetics or personal care. Required Profile: Education Level: High School Diploma Experience: 6 to 12 months in consulting and sales of tangible products (ideally in cosmetics, personal care, or household hygiene product promotion). Essential Requirements: Verifiable experience in sales, promotional activities, or consultation of tangible products in the cosmetics, personal care, or household hygiene sectors. Key Responsibilities: -Advise and guide customers in selecting cosmetics, facial and body care, and makeup products according to their needs and skin type. -Promote proper product usage and achieve effective sales closures. -Provide in-person customer service at assigned locations within the traditional channel. Employment Conditions: Salary: COP 1,750,905 + Uniforms with a ceiling of COP 800,000 + Overtime pay + Transportation allowance + Statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Availability to work at least two Sundays per month (with a compensatory weekday off).
