At **Magnet**, we are looking for an organized, proactive individual with an excellent service attitude to join our team as a **Human Talent Assistant**. We seek a candidate who contributes to the proper development of departmental processes by supporting documentation management, personnel onboarding, payroll updates, occupational well-being, and administrative activity tracking specific to human talent. **What will be your purpose in this role?** Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Talent area, ensuring timely execution of hiring, filing, personnel updates, well-being, and document tracking processes—contributing to strengthened, approachable, and efficient human resource management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support hiring, social security affiliations, and personnel onboarding processes. * Manage and maintain up-to-date resumes and employment files. * Track payroll updates, leave requests, medical leaves, vacations, and other types of leave. * Support the distribution and control of staff uniforms and other departmental records. * Monitor onboarding activities, incoming and outgoing personnel documentation. * Support well-being initiatives, organizational climate, and internal communications. * Prepare reports, databases, and performance indicator tracking for the department. * Provide timely attention and responses to internal employee requests. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological degree, or currently enrolled in administrative, human talent, human resource management, or related programs. * Minimum 1 year of experience in support roles within human resource management or administrative areas. * Proficiency in office software, especially Excel and Word. * Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, assertive communication, and process follow-up capabilities. **We especially value candidates with:** * Knowledge of hiring procedures, social security affiliations, and document archiving. * Experience working in technical or project-based companies. * High sense of responsibility and attention to detail. **We offer:** * Employment with a growing company. * Continuous learning and professional development. * Collaborative work environment. * Active participation in key human talent department processes. **Apply now and become part of our team.** Position Type: Full-time
