We are looking for a Semi-Senior Service Delivery Manager Developer (SDMD) passionate about the Zoho ecosystem, capable of technically leading workflow execution and building high-impact integrations. What will you do with us? Develop and integrate solutions in Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, ERP) using PHP, JavaScript, Java, and Deluge. Lead technical project execution under agile methodologies, following Service Request Manager (SRM) guidelines. Provide consultative advisory support to our clients and train them on change management related to delivered developments. Document processes and log effort to ensure delivery excellence. What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field; or Technician/Technologist with 6 months to 1.5 years of proven experience in similar roles. Technical Knowledge: Development and implementation of ERP/CRM/Intranet Information Systems. Data migration using Zoho tools. Customer Management. Desirable Knowledge: API handling, web services, and system integration. Cloud tool management. Project management, task administration. CRM, Desk, or ERP development and implementation.
