Position Summary: An Engineering Analyst will support the technical area of projects, monitor work progress, control quantities, and assist in design and reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise critical construction activities and client relationship management Grupo Empresarial GTA is a company dedicated to the construction and maintenance of electrical engineering works and civil works. We are currently seeking an **Engineering Analyst** for our main office located in Envigado, Antioquia. Your engineering experience will be key to contributing to project planning, design, and supervision. **Requirements**: **\- Educational Level:** Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering. **\- Experience:** Minimum of (2\) years in duties related to this position. **\- Knowledge:** Basic Office suite, ArcGIS, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and blueprint interpretation. **Responsibilities:** * Support the technical area of projects in all requested requirements and analyze information collected from projects. * Monitor construction progress and technical area requirements. * Maintain control over construction quantities, progress, and cut-offs. * Assist in the design of steel structures and foundation calculations. * Analyze information and prepare progress reports. * Manage relationships with corporate clients during claim and bidding processes. * Supervise critical activities in the construction process. * Prepare reports as requested by the Technical Directorate and Management. * Support the commercial area with calculations and budgets for new projects. **We offer the following employment conditions:** • Fixed-term contract (3\) months; based on performance, it may be converted to an indefinite-term contract. • Base salary: 2\.600\.000 COP, including all statutory benefits; paid monthly. • Office hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturdays remotely (2\) hours. • Location: Envigado \- Antioquia.
