You will be responsible for analyzing, prioritizing, and translating business and user needs into functional solutions that deliver measurable value to thousands of educational institutions and millions of students. **Conditions and Benefits** * Benefits voucher. * Company-subsidized lunch. * Immediate indefinite-term employment directly with the company. * Salary offer: $5\.500\.000 COP, negotiable depending on the candidate's profile. * Location: Medellín, El Velódromo neighborhood \- Estadio sector * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. * Work modality: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days on-site), after successfully completing a 2-month probation period. **Requirements** * Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Functional Analyst. * Strong analytical and effective communication skills. * Practical experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria, with focus on value and feasibility. * Key competencies: structured thinking, effective communication, technical sensitivity, and product vision. * Must reside in Antioquia, preferably within the Metropolitan Area. **Key Responsibilities** * Gain deep understanding of the current platform’s functional logic and its impact on users. * Gather, organize, and document functional requirements together with internal stakeholders and key users. * Write clear, complete, and value-oriented user stories reflecting both current functionality and product evolution. * Collaborate closely with development and design teams to ensure coherent, usable, and high-value deliverables. * Ensure functional decisions align with technological strategy, business objectives, and the realities of the LATAM education sector. * Provide continuity for released developments, ensuring their proper functioning, adoption, and advancement through adjustments and iterations.
