Job Summary: We are seeking a process analyst to document, model, and optimize organizational processes using advanced tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Application of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean At Alfa Psicología, we are looking for a process analyst for a well-known apparel manufacturing company in Medellín - Antioquia. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Minimum technical degree in industrial engineering, business administration, industrial processes, or related fields. Experience: At least two (2) years conducting process information gathering activities within organizations and leading process documentation and structuring. Specific Knowledge: Process modeling and documentation under BPM methodology; proficiency with diagramming tools such as Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Miro; application of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean; use of artificial intelligence tools to organize information and document processes; experience in ERP implementation or digital transformation projects. WORK SPECIFICATIONS: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work Location: Medellín - Antioquia. Contract Type: Fixed-term employment contract for six (6) months, renewable if the project extends. Compensation: Between $2,100,000 and $2,800,000, depending on experience, plus statutory benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Participate in interviews, workshops, and working sessions with various organizational departments to gather information about current process operations, activities, responsible parties, and tools used. - Prepare comprehensive documentation for all identified processes, including structured descriptions of activities, responsible parties, inputs, outputs, documents used, and other necessary elements to understand how processes are executed within the organization. - Model processes using flowcharts with modeling tools such as Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar, clearly representing activity sequences, responsible parties, and decision points. - Consolidate and organize information collected during process discovery into structured formats that facilitate easy understanding of process operations and subsequent analysis.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Program 2 years of experience Knowledge: Bizagi Modeler, BPM, Document Control, ERP, Lean, Miro, Visio Keywords: analyst
