Job Summary: Supports preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure operational continuity and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure proper equipment operation. 2. Handle basic corrective maintenance and escalate complex failures. 3. Maintain tools and the work area in optimal condition. A company dedicated to the processing, marketing, and distribution of premium cuts of beef and pork is seeking a high school graduate candidate with one (1) year of experience as a Maintenance Assistant. · Job Mission: Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment through inspections, basic interventions, and tool control to ensure operational continuity and compliance with safety standards. · Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure proper equipment operation. Handle basic corrective maintenance and escalate failures requiring specialized support. Inspect equipment and report anomalies to prevent major damage. Support the installation, assembly, and relocation of machinery according to operational needs. Maintain tools and the work area in optimal condition, complying with safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). · Technical Knowledge: Certifiable preventive and corrective maintenance. Basic industrial electricity and mechanics. Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. Basic ability to read blueprints or diagrams. Industrial safety standards. · Professional Competencies: Teamwork. Responsibility and commitment. Attention to detail. Proactivity. · Salary: COP $2,100,000 + transportation allowance and statutory benefits. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
