Propose process improvements within their scope Manage corporate technology, information systems, and cybersecurity within the Corporate Services area (IT Relationship), contributing to the achievement of operational, regulatory, and financial objectives of Energía Atenea S.A.S. E.S.P. Job Functions: * Coordinate the team responsible for managing technology infrastructure and the ERP system * Supervise cybersecurity incident management and monitor associated KPIs * Approve operations within their authorized level (Level 1 or 2 of the current authorization matrix) and process higher-value operations with the Area Leader * Ensure the quality and timeliness of tracking the technology transition plan (exit from TSAs with Afinia) * Propose process improvements within their management scope Competencies: * Leadership of operational teams * Planning and organization * Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management * Management of technology transition projects Interactions: All departments and the technological TSA operator (Afinia, during the transition) KPIs: * Availability of critical business systems * Cybersecurity incidents managed within SLA * Compliance with the technology transition plan (exit from TSAs with Afinia) Responsibilities regarding the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG\-SST): * Know and comply with Atenea's Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG\-SST) policy and requirements * Promote comprehensive health care and promptly report any condition that may affect their own safety or that of colleagues * Properly use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain work equipment in good condition * Participate in training, onboarding, re-onboarding, and SST committees (COPASST) scheduled by the company * Promptly report unsafe acts and conditions, incidents, and workplace accidents to their immediate supervisor and the SST department * Comply with safe work procedures defined for their position (including working at heights and on energized networks, where applicable) Work Location: Hybrid in Medellín, Antioquia
