We are looking for you as a Commercial Advisor, to be a key player in opening new clients and achieving goals in Risaralda, Caldas, and Norte del Valle. **What will you do?** Open and retain clients. Manage commercial routes. Perform portfolio follow-up and collections. Ensure product display and rotation. **What are we looking for?** Minimum 2 years of experience in external sales, ideally in food, coffee, dairy, or mass consumer goods. High school graduate or technical degree (commercial areas or related). Knowledge of the regions of Risaralda, Caldas, and Norte del Valle. Own motorcycle, up-to-date documents, and mobility availability. Proactivity, discipline, excellent communication skills, and results orientation. **What do we offer?** Work schedule: Monday to Friday and half-day Saturdays (44 weekly hours). Salary: Competitive.
