Position Summary: We are seeking a Supervision Resident for the modernization of the fire network system at the Manizales Courthouse. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in technical, administrative, financial, and environmental supervision. 2. Lead fire protection system modernization projects. 3. Professional development in institutional and private buildings. **Position:** Supervision Resident **Location:** MANIZALES **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Availability:** Immediate Required Profile We are seeking a **Supervision Resident** to participate in the contract whose objective is to perform **technical, administrative, financial, accounting, legal, and environmental supervision** of the construction contract for the **modernization of the fire network system at the Manizales Courthouse**. Minimum Requirements: Academic Qualifications * Civil Engineering professional * Valid professional license Required Postgraduate Studies * Specialization in water resources * Studies in fire network design and/or construction **(IMPORTANT)** Professional Experience * Minimum of **10 years of professional experience**, counted from the date of issuance of the professional license. Specific Experience The candidate must demonstrate: * Experience holding the position of **Supervision Resident** in **at least five (5) projects** related to the scope of this call, carried out in **institutional and/or private buildings**. * Documentation proving that **at least one (1)** of the contracts or certificates corresponds to supervision of fire suppression and/or detection network works in public and/or private buildings.
