Job Summary: We are seeking experienced drivers for operating heavy-duty freight vehicles for loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper truck maintenance and strict compliance with safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Driving and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks 2. Participation in daily meetings and teamwork 3. Strict adherence to safety protocols A well-established beverage industry company requires TRUCK DRIVERS with a valid C2 driver's license for loading and unloading products, and a minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy-duty freight vehicles. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Drive the assigned truck and ensure its proper care; be accountable for the equipment and accessories assigned to the vehicle, in accordance with defined standards. \- Attend and participate in daily morning meetings. \- Report abnormal vehicle conditions promptly to enable timely correction. \- In case of an accident, take necessary actions immediately and report the incident to the supervisor and relevant authorities. \- Strictly comply with company-established safety protocols. \- Strictly comply with regulations concerning safety, accident prevention, and other applicable provisions. \- Accompany the distribution coordinator during the daily vehicle inspection, using the daily checklists. \- Report when preventive vehicle maintenance becomes necessary. \- Perform any other duties assigned to this position. REQUIREMENTS: Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of driving experience \- Valid C2/C3 driver's license issued more than 1 year ago \- No traffic violations or payment agreements in place \- Immediate availability \- Residence in Pereira or surrounding areas \- No disciplinary or judicial records Base salary: 2\.150\.000 \+ 300\.000 in overtime allowances \+ transportation allowance Important Exclusionary Notes: \- Must perform product loading and unloading duties alongside the rest of the crew \- Total value of driver fines must not exceed 2 SMMLV (Minimum Legal Monthly Wages) \- Candidates with fines related to the following are not eligible: driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with an expired license, participating in illegal races, fleeing from an accident, or failure to wear a seatbelt \- Resume submissions will only be accepted if outstanding fines have active payment agreements.
