Job Summary: We are seeking a cashier assistant to provide customer service, receive vehicles, and manage financial transactions, with studies in customer service or basic accounting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and resolution of account-related issues. 2. Management of deposits, withdrawals, and banking transactions. 3. Handling of cash procedures and vehicle registration records. A cashier assistant is required to perform customer service duties, receive vehicles at the CDA, and carry out other related responsibilities. Studies in customer service, basic accounting, or related fields are required. Main responsibilities include: 1. Attending to and resolving customer issues or discrepancies related to their accounts. 2. Sorting and filing deposit, withdrawal, and check vouchers. 3. Performing daily transaction reconciliations using computer software, calculators, and adding machines. 4. Receiving and processing cash deposits and withdrawals, checks, transfers, account transactions, credit cards, certified checks, and other customer banking transactions. 5. Providing general information about services. 6. Ensuring proper handling of cash procedures, money management, vehicle registration records in the Runt system, vehicle reception processes, and management of the collection agent platform.
