Execute requirements directed to profiles in assigned tools and manage applications directly related to the customer and originating from headquarters. **Main Responsibilities** * Continuously monitor the tool to identify assigned requests and execute them according to priority and order of arrival. * Address services requested and assigned via the help desk and ensure proper handling of incidents generated by the customer. * Guarantee confidentiality and security of customer information, such as credit cards, agreements, profiles, among others. * Carry out activities as agreed upon with technology service providers. * Manage portals of assigned branches and the tools established for them (users, passwords, permissions, and support). **Education / Knowledge / Experience** Degree in administrative, hospitality and tourism, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge and experience in operating systems and databases.
