Job Summary: A civil construction assistant who supports the foreman in various activities, handles loading and unloading of materials, and maintains order at the worksite. Key Highlights: 1. Direct assistance to the foreman on civil construction sites 2. Handling and care of materials and tools 3. Teamwork and good communication SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT A. Work under the foreman's guidance B. Assist the foreman with specific tasks being carried out C. Load, unload, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment; ensure their safety and proper care D. Perform cleaning and tidying duties at the worksite E. Use assigned resources appropriately for the job (materials, tools, equipment, etc.) F. Participate in company support groups if selected G. Adhere to company guidelines (quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection) H. Perform specialized civil construction tasks—including preliminary works, foundations, concrete structures, masonry, flooring, roofing, hydraulic and sanitary installations, drywall finishing, painting, etc.—under the supervision of a site supervisor or responsible technician J. Ability to work effectively in a team K. Must possess strong communication skills Work Location: On-site employment
