Job Summary: Civil Construction Assistant to support the foreman, handle materials, maintain site order, and perform specialized construction tasks under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Direct assistance to the foreman in construction activities 2. Material handling and site order maintenance 3. Specialized civil works under supervision SPECIFIC DUTIES OF CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT A. Work according to the foreman's instructions B. Assist the foreman in specific tasks being carried out C. Load, unload, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment, and ensure their safety and proper care D. Conduct site cleaning and tidying shifts E. Use assigned resources appropriately for the job (materials, tools, equipment, etc.) F. Participate in company support groups if selected G. Comply with company guidelines (quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection) H. Perform specialized civil works including preliminary works, foundations, concrete structures, masonry, flooring, roofing, hydraulic and sanitary installations, drywall finishing, painting, etc., under the supervision of a master builder or responsible technician J. Ability to work as part of a team K. Must possess good communication skills Work Location: On-site employment
