Job Summary: A civil works assistant who supports the foreman in various activities, including loading and unloading materials, maintaining order and cleanliness, and performing specialized construction tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Direct assistance to the civil works foreman 2. Handling and preparation of materials and tools 3. Participation in specialized civil works tasks SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CIVIL WORKS ASSISTANT A. Work under the guidance of the foreman B. Assist the foreman with specific tasks being carried out C. Perform loading, unloading, and preparation of materials, tools, and equipment, and ensure their safety and proper care D. Carry out housekeeping and cleaning duties at the worksite E. Use assigned resources appropriately for the job (materials, tools, equipment, etc.) F. Participate in company support teams if selected G. Comply with company guidelines (quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection) H. Perform specialized civil works tasks—including preliminary works, foundations, concrete structures, masonry, flooring, roofing, hydraulic and sanitary installations, drywall finishing, painting, etc.—under the supervision of a master builder or responsible technician J. Ability to work as part of a team K. Must possess good communication skills Work Location: On-site employment
