Job Summary: A civil construction assistant who supports the foreman, handles materials and tools, maintains order and cleanliness, and performs specialized tasks under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Direct assistance to the foreman in various construction activities. 2. Handling and preparation of materials, tools, and equipment. 3. Execution of specialized tasks in civil construction. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT A. Work under the foreman's instructions B. Assist the foreman with specific tasks being carried out C. Load, unload, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment, and ensure their safety and proper care D. Conduct site cleanup and organization activities E. Use assigned resources appropriately for the job (materials, tools, equipment, etc.) F. Participate in company support groups if selected G. Adhere to company guidelines (quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection) H. Perform specialized civil construction tasks—including preliminary works, foundations, concrete structures, masonry, flooring, roofing, hydraulic and sanitary installations, drywall finishes, painting, etc.—under the supervision of a master builder or responsible technician.
