Our broad portfolio of high-quality, branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolic health, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory health. **What You’ll Do** * Develop and implement results-oriented medical detailing strategies aligned with territory objectives. * Manage long-term relationships with key physicians and opinion leaders. * Analyze performance indicators and propose corrective action plans. * Support the training of new or less experienced medical representatives. * Identify market opportunities, coordinate scientific activities, and report relevant information to commercial and medical teams. * Maintain up-to-date customer database (physicians, institutions, and pharmacies) and record interactions in the CRM system. * Ensure compliance with compliance policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. * Manage your territory based on achievement of Demand KPIs (e.g., turnover and IE: 100 in DDD and Rx). * Propose activities to increase %MS share with core brands in your territory, working cross-functionally with your District Manager, KAM, and GUN. * Apply detailing techniques tailored to physician profiles (specialty, needs, therapeutic area potential, and competitors). * Identify, propose, and document follow-up on institutional channel business opportunities (e.g., inclusion in formularies, parametrization). * Deliver territory presentations, action plans, priorities, and results. **Required Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, life sciences, or administration.
