





1 Operate monitoring and communication equipment, verifying the technological signals emitted by such equipment to analyze events generated by the risk management tool that may occur during service delivery, in accordance with procedures and/or protocols established by the client or the company. 2 Conduct specific surveillance activities enabled by the technological means deployed for this purpose. 3 Ensure the integrity of communications at all times, reporting all received and confirmed incident information, as well as any other relevant situations. 4 Report various technical updates within the system. 5 Maintain constant communication with security supervisors (if applicable) for continuous monitoring of routes, events, and updates.
